Greetings Hitmen,
We are reaching out to our Hitmen seeking support for some for our dear brethren who are affected from last weeks storms. The Bentley house took a major hit last week when the storms came thru. They had a huge oak tree fall on their house making it uninhabitable. Some of their family helped to cleaning up some of the mess but it is going to be a long hard job. It was about an 80 mph wind that took the tree down and placed it in their den and bedroom. God watched out for and protected them as nobody was injured. When the roof collapsed Duwayne was standing in the only place in the room that held up. He is confident that God’s hand was holding him fast. At this time I don’t know what all they may need. Just wanted you to know about their situation so you could consider helping them as you are Spirit led. Please pray for them as they wade through this thing.

I just wanted to get our a slight correction to yesterday’s post, the move for Jennifer Desilva is scheduled for SUNDAY March 27th, not Saturday March 27th as indicated in my previous message. Again, the Hit is scheduled for SUNDAY March 27th.

I wanted to make you all aware that we are looking for some Hit support assisting one of our single mothers in a move on Saturday March 27th. Jennifer Desilva is moving from Jacksonville to NLR and needs a few strong bodies to assist her in this. She has rented a truck and the Hit scout (Dean Fagaly) has indicated that he believes this can be done easily in the morning keeping the rest of your day free.

I just wanted to remind each of you that on Wednesday March 30th from 6:30-8:30 PM at the GLR campus, New Life Church will hold the Man2Man event. Our own Rick Bezet has a significant word just for the men of NLC and you don’t want to miss it!
There will be a hot rod automobile and motorcycle display on the apron of the main entrance an in the church lobby. There will be a meal served and of course an excellent opportunity to fellowship all the men of NLC.
The event will be MC’d by John Craft and Harry Bates – that alone should be shtick worth seeing! I look forward to seeing you all there and keep your eyes peeled for some upcoming hit opportunities.

We will be sending a construction team to Haiti to build homes. We will be staying on the compound Mission of Hope. The trip dates are September 24th through October 1st. Amber Noblit from GLR and Marcus Brown from Ft Smith will be on this team.
